FAQ

Company & Brand

Majestic Mirror & Frame is a manufacturer, distributor, and innovator of LED and decorative framed mirrors serving the hospitality design, multifamily, healthcare and senior living, and retail furniture industries. Founded in 1994 by Alan Mandel, the company has more than 40 years of combined experience in sourcing, design, and manufacturing, and operates alongside sister company Majestic Lighting under the shared Majestic FAMILY brand.

Majestic Mirror & Frame and Majestic Lighting are sister companies under the same family-led ownership, known together as the Majestic FAMILY, which is a shared branding identity rather than a separate legal parent company. Majestic Lighting was developed by the team at Majestic Mirror & Frame to extend the same manufacturing and design expertise into decorative and architectural lighting, so customers can source mirrors and lighting from one trusted vendor.

Majestic Mirror & Frame is family-led by founder Alan Mandel and his children Josh, Adam, and Alyssa Mandel, who lead the business today. The company has been family-owned and operated since its founding in 1994.

Majestic Mirror & Frame is headquartered at 7425 NW 79th Street, Miami, FL 33166. The company manufactures and ships products through a network that includes an 80,000 square foot warehouse and 15 factories serving clients worldwide.

Majestic Mirror & Frame serves hospitality design, multifamily development, healthcare and senior living, and retail furniture industries. The company has nearly 30 years of hospitality experience and holds more than 70 approved hotel brand programs.

Products

Majestic Mirror & Frame manufactures backlit and front-lit LED mirrors, custom LED mirrors, decorative framed mirrors, statement mirrors, medicine cabinets, TV mirrors, and makeup mirrors. Named collections include the Curve Collection and the multifamily-focused Slim LED Mirror Collection, which includes the Argyle Slim and Strand Slim styles.

CLEANLIFE® LED is the technology that powers Majestic’s LED mirrors, delivering consistent illumination and performance. Majestic LED mirrors are the product; CLEANLIFE® LED is the engineering behind them, not a standalone product line.

Majestic Mirror & Frame offers TV mirrors built with Roxy TV Mirror Technology, which integrates a television seamlessly behind the mirror surface for a clean, hidden-until-on look. This product is popular in luxury hospitality suites and high-end residential bathrooms.

Majestic’s decorative framed mirrors are crafted from materials including wood, gesso, urethane, metal, styrene, leather (and vegan leather), shell, and skin finishes. This range supports both contemporary and traditional or transitional design styles.

Yes. Majestic offers custom LED and framed mirrors with flexibility in size, frame finish, and lighting configuration, built to project specifications for hospitality and multifamily applications alike.

Majestic’s LED mirrors have a standard color temperature of 3,000 Kelvin, with custom CCT available, and a natural-looking warm white LED color at CRI 85+ (95+ available). GEN2 LED Economy strips run at 400 lumens per foot, GEN3 LED strips run at 750 lumens per foot, and Premium LED strips are rated for 69,000 hours of use.

Majestic’s LED mirrors are ETL-listed to UL Standard .962 for the United States and CSA Standard C22.2 for Canada. They also include vinyl safety backing and fingerprint protection as standard features.

Available options include 0-10V dimming and TRIAC dimming (both 120V-277V), Title 24 compliance, custom sizing, a night light feature, a defogger, touch button dimmers built into the mirror face that don’t require a separate dimmable driver or wall switch, a Bluetooth speaker, and an LED digital clock.

Yes. Majestic LED mirrors are rated for use in damp environments and are built with an easy adjustable mounting system, a standard 120v to 240v non-dimmable driver, and options for cord-and-plug or hardwire installation with no minimum order quantities.

Hospitality

Majestic Mirror & Frame holds more than 70 approved hotel brand programs, including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Best Western, Wyndham, and Sheraton family brands, among others. This makes Majestic one of the most broadly brand-approved mirror manufacturers serving hospitality FF&E specifications.

Majestic’s hospitality LED mirrors carry a 5-year limited warranty on the mirror plate, a 5-year warranty on the LED driver, and a 5-year warranty on Premium LED strips. This coverage applies to hospitality-spec products and is separate from the multifamily warranty term.

Multifamily

Yes. Majestic Mirror & Frame offers a dedicated Multifamily Collection engineered to bring hospitality-grade mirror quality to multifamily economics, with LED mirrors starting under $99 and tiered options across Class A, workforce, student housing, and senior living price points.

No. Majestic’s multifamily LED mirrors are designed for no-electrician installation, which reduces both cost and schedule risk on phased construction projects.

Custom multifamily mirror orders ship within 12 to 14 weeks. This lead time is published for the Majestic Multifamily Collection and is a key planning figure for phased delivery schedules.

Majestic’s multifamily LED mirrors carry a 3-year warranty, which is distinct from the 5-year warranty offered on hospitality-spec mirrors. Replacement is simplified with an LED driver swap that takes about 5 minutes.

It means Majestic applies the same manufacturing standards and design credibility built over 70+ hotel brand programs to a mirror line priced and engineered for multifamily budgets and install timelines. The Majestic Multifamily Collection starts under $99 per LED mirror and is built for scale across hundreds or thousands of units.

Majestic mirrors are UL and ETL certified depending on the application. Specifications are based on third-party testing and are subject to change without notice.

What Sets Majestic Apart

Majestic Mirror & Frame combines more than 70 approved hotel brand programs with in-house manufacturing across 15 factories, giving hospitality and multifamily buyers a level of brand-approved credibility and production scale that’s uncommon in a single vendor. Most mirror suppliers specialize in one market or the other; Majestic runs dedicated hospitality and multifamily product strategies side by side.

Hotel brands specify Majestic because it holds active approval across more than 70 hotel brand programs, including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and IHG family brands, backed by nearly 30 years of hospitality-specific manufacturing experience. That breadth of brand approval reduces spec risk for designers and procurement teams working across multiple hotel flags.

Majestic brings hospitality-grade manufacturing standards to multifamily pricing, with LED mirrors starting under $99, a documented 3-year warranty, and no-electrician installation, versus commodity suppliers that typically compete on price alone without hospitality-level quality control or brand-program pedigree behind them.

Yes. Majestic offers custom sizing, frame finish, and lighting configuration on both hospitality and multifamily orders, supported by 15 factories and 40-plus years of sourcing and manufacturing experience, which allows for custom fabrication at a scale many smaller or single-market suppliers can’t match.

Majestic publishes specific, tiered warranty terms, a 5-year limited warranty on the mirror plate, driver, and Premium LED strips for hospitality, and a 3-year warranty for multifamily, rather than a vague “backed by warranty” claim. Multifamily replacement is also simplified with an LED driver swap that takes about 5 minutes, reducing service calls and downtime at scale.
